Erica Sin (Me!)
Erica Sin is a Korean-American, born and bred in Southern California. Growing up, Erica's daily meals were filled with tasty and pungent flavors that she loved and her friends hated. Here ends Erica's attempts to write in the third person.
I love food. As a child, I would help my mother prep for large family gatherings, peeling endless cloves of garlic, rinsing lettuce for Korean BBQ wraps, and assembling mussels with mayo and roe for my favorite baked mussels dish. Many years, experiments, and culinary guinea pigs later, I've gotten pretty good at this thing called "cooking". Sometimes I try and get fancy, but most of the time, I'm a gal that likes making food that looks familiar, tastes delicious, and has just a bit of that "DA-YUM!" factor.
Sin’s Kitchen started as a place to share recipes and my love of food. Since then, life has thrown a few curveballs and given me the opportunity to expand my oversharing tendencies even more - with travel! I hope you enjoy your time wandering through these pages, whether to experience my travels with me or try a recipe.
Kick back, relax, and enjoy your time in Sin’s Kitchen!
